Set up a Meta Business account
If you do not have one, go to business.facebook.com and create an account. You need this to access the WhatsApp Business API.
Create a WhatsApp Business app
In Meta Business Suite, go to Apps, Create App, Business, WhatsApp. This gives you access to the API.
Get your Phone Number ID and Access Token
In the WhatsApp section of your app dashboard, find your Phone Number ID and generate a permanent access token.
Enter credentials in Saifion
Paste your Phone Number ID and Access Token. Saifion validates the connection immediately.
Configure the webhook
After connecting, copy the webhook URL and verify token and add them to your Meta app's webhook settings.
