How to connect
4 steps. Connect in minutes from your dashboard.
Find your SmartPack instance name
This is the subdomain of your SmartPack account, e.g. if you log in at "acme.smartpack.dk", your instance name is "acme".
Generate an API key
In SmartPack, go to Settings, API Keys, Create New Key. Copy the key, you will only see it once.
Enter credentials in Saifion
Paste your instance name and API key. Saifion validates the connection immediately.
Stock syncs automatically
Once connected, stock levels are synced in real-time via webhooks. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime.
