The Outlook integration connects your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account to Saifion. Compose and send emails to suppliers without leaving the platform, and see full conversation history in context of each shipment, so nothing gets lost between inboxes and spreadsheets.

How to connect
4 steps. Connect in minutes from your dashboard.
Click Connect Outlook
You will be redirected to Microsoft to sign in.
Choose your account
Select the Outlook or Microsoft 365 account you use for supplier communication.
Grant access
Approve the permissions Saifion requests. This allows sending emails on your behalf and reading conversation threads.
Start messaging
Open any shipment and you will see a compose button. Emails go from your real Outlook address, suppliers reply to you as normal.
